Returns Policy for Online and In-Store Purchases

At The Union Project, we exist to give you the best possible service and access to some of the best goods out there. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we have implemented a clear and straightforward returns policy to ensure your satisfaction. Please review the following guidelines for returning items based on your preferred shopping method. Your statutory rights are not affected. 

Webstore Purchases:

  1. Eligibility: All items must be unworn, with all original labels intact, including swing ticket, stick-on labels, and additional tags. Additionally, the item must be returned in its original packaging. 
  2. You have 14 days to register your return, and from the day the return is accepted you have 14 days to return the item to us. The responsibility to return items is on the customer, even if using a return label provided by us. 
  3. Exclusions: Items that have been spoiled by aftershave or body spray in any manner will not be accepted for return.
  4. Please visit our Returns Portal to register your return. 
  5. Return Responsibility: The cost and responsibility of returning the item to us lie with you, the customer. We highly recommend using a trackable and insured service for your peace of mind. Should we provide you with a return label then we will deduct £6 from your refund. 
  6. Refund Details: Please note that we do not refund the original shipping cost incurred during the initial purchase.
  7. International Returns: If you are returning an item from overseas, please mark the package as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid any potential customs charges. Any taxes or customs charges related to the return shipment are your responsibility.
  8. If for any reason a credit note is raised for a return then it will be valid for 28 days from the date raised. 

In-Store Purchases:

  1. Eligibility: All items must be unworn, with all original labels intact, including swing ticket, stick-on labels, and additional tags. Additionally, the item must be returned in its original packaging.
  2. Exclusions: Items that have been spoiled by aftershave or body spray in any manner will not be accepted for return.
  3. Return Options: For in-store purchases, returns are valid only for an exchange or credit note. We do not offer cash refunds for in-store purchases.
  4. Credit Note Validity: Credit notes issued for in-store exchanges will be valid for 6 months from the date of the exchange.

General Notes:

  1. Order Errors: If we have made a mistake with your order, please inform us immediately, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly.
  2. Timeframe: For both online and in-store purchases, you have 14 days from the date of delivery or purchase to initiate a return request.
  3. Any items returned outside of this window may be liable for a late fee. 
  4. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria outlined above. If approved, we will issue a refund or store credit, depending on your preference.
  5. Delayed Delivery: By shopping with us you agree that should any items ordered be delayed by a delivery partner that you will wait up to 14 days for the items to be delivered should they not arrived in their expected delivery window. Should we send a replacement and both parcels arrive, by shopping with us you accept to incur the cost of the replacement item should you fail to return one of the shipments to us within 5 days of receipt. 

Gift Cards & Credit Notes:

  1. Gift cards can be purchased in-store and online and will be valid for 6 months from the date purchase. Should you require any help with this then please do get in touch. Please note will not be able to make any amendments to Gift Cards once they have expired. 
  2.  Credit notes are raised as the result of a return, or as a gesture of goodwill from us to you. In these instances credit notes will be valid for 28 daysShould you require any help or require a longer window to redeem your credit note then please do get in touch. Please note will not be able to make any amendments to Credit Notes once they have expired.
